  • 150grams Blue Grenadier
  • 150grams broccolini
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1teaspoons crushed garlic (from jar this time)
  • 1teaspoons WW dark balsamic vinegar
  • 1tablespoons orange juice
  • 1teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4teaspoons sugar
  • 1teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1teaspoons crushed ginger (from jar)
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Description

This is light, tasty, tangy and very healthy.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Slice red onion thinly and pickle in the vinegar with the sugar for 20 minutes. Put everything else except the fish, broccolini, sesame seeds and lemon wedge into a small saucepan and heat through until happily warmed and combined.

Step 2 of 4

Microwave fish fillets in a small swish of water for one and a half minutes, then rest them.

Step 3 of 4

Microwave broccolini for 2 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Assemble with the broccolini being the base, the fish being on top. Pour the sauce around. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds. Add lemon wedge.
