8 Ingredients

Number of servings
1
  • 80-100grams roast pork, sliced
  • 2-3 large bok choy leaves, washed and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (I used dried, so reconstituted first)
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1teaspoons cornflour
  • 1tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Description

Unearthed a container of roast pork that I had frozen with vegetables and gravy, so I used the pork in this. Generous dish for one, particularly with rice.
Instruction tip
Beef or chicken would be fine to substitute pork. Toss in some cashews if you like. Serve with rice of your choice.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Mix together water and cornflour in a small bowl until smooth, add oyster sauce and mix in thoroughly. Set aside.

Step 2 of 5

Add oil to a wok or frypan, bring to medium heat.

Step 3 of 5

Toss in bok choy and mushrooms, stir fry until slightly soft, about 2 - 3 minutes, then add pork and warm through.

Step 4 of 5

Reduce to gentle heat. Add the water/cornflour/oyster sauce mixture and stir while allowing the sauce to coat the other ingredients, about 2 -3 minutes.

Step 5 of 5

Plate up and toss toasted sesame seeds over to finish.
