- 100grams bean sprouts
- 2 carrots, coarsely grated
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced

- 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Method
Step 1 of 5
Place the cutlets into a shallow dish and pour over the marinade. Turn to coat and set aside for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking dish with baking paper and place a wire rack into the dish.

Roast cutlets for 45 minutes (depending on size and thickness) until cooked, basting occasionally with the marinade.

Meanwhile, soak the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes until soft. Drain and toss with the sesame oil and lime juice. Add the carrot, bean sprouts, onion, apple and coriander leaves. Toss to combine.
Step 5 of 5
Serve pork on a bed of the warm noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
