  • 1teaspoons celery salt
  • 1tablespoons dijonnaise
  • 2 cup green beans, steamed (to serve)
  • 650grams lamb leg steaks
  • 1 large lime, rind finely grated,juiced
  • 2tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 600grams ready-to-roast mixed vegetables*
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method

Step 1 of 4

Combine oil, juice, rind, syrup, Dijonnaise, garlic and celery salt in a bowl. Season with pepper. Add steaks and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180°C. Cook vegetables following pack instructions. When cooked, remove from the oven, cover with foil to keep warm and set aside.

Step 3 of 4

Preheat barbecue grill on medium. Once hot, add lamb steaks and cook for 3 minutes each side for medium rare or until cooked to your liking.

Step 4 of 4

Pour marinade into a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve steaks with sauce, vegetables and green beans.
