  • 1 broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 carrot, thinly chopped
  • 1 capsicum, thinly chopped
  • 500grams chicken breast, diced
  • 1 celery stem, chopped
  • 10-15 roasted cashew nuts
  • 3tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 3tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1/2teaspoons salt
  • 1teaspoons garlic paste
  • 1teaspoons chilli paste
  • 1teaspoons oil
  • 3tablespoons soy sauce

Description

A simple and delicious chicken and vegetable stir fry.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Marinate the chicken with salt, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chilli paste and 1 tbsp soy sauce.

Step 2 of 5

In a pan, heat oil. Saute remaining chilli and garlic paste. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes until tender.

Step 3 of 5

Add the chopped vegetables to the pan. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and teriyaki sauce. Cook at high heat for 7 minutes, stirring the vegetables and chicken.

Step 4 of 5

Once cooked, add roasted cashew nuts to finish.

Step 5 of 5

Serve hot with steamed rice.
