- 580grams chicken breast fillets
- 1tablespoons pure honey
- 1/2 bunch spring onions
- 1 red capsicum
- 1tablespoons sriracha chilli sauce
- 600milliliter Woolworths light thickened cream
- 250grams cooked rice
Description
An easy chicken recipe that kicks a punch.
Method
Step 1 of 9
Heat oil in a medium-sized frying pan. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the chicken breasts into half length ways (horizontally) in two or three pieces depending on how thick the chicken breast is. Then cut each piece into long thin strips. Chop the spring onions & slice the capsicum into strips.

Cook the chicken on medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Cook chicken thoroughly until it starts to turn golden brown.

Add the capsicum to the frying pan.

Then place in the cream & mix all in pan. Reduce the heat.

Add the honey & chilli sauce. Combine all ingredients & cook for a further 2 minutes. Taste the sauce. Add more chilli sauce if you want that extra kick!

Place chopped spring onions into frying pan.

Combine all ingredients & cook for another 2 minutes.

Place some rice on your plate. Add the honey & chilli chicken from the pan. Enjoy.
