  • 8 mint leaves
  • 50grams yoghurt
  • Naan bread
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)
  • Patak's Mango Chutney
  • 500grams Chicken Fillets
  • 50grams mixed salad leaves
  • 1 pack of Patak's Tandoori Oven Bake

Method

Step 1 of 6

In a bowl, cover the chicken fillets with a pack of Patak's Tandoori Oven Bake, and marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Step 2 of 6

Finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the yogurt. Season with some salt and mix well to make the yogurt dressing.

Step 3 of 6

Put the chicken fillets on a large, foil-lined oven tray, and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Place the salad leaves in a bowl.

Step 5 of 6

Drizzle the cooked chicken with yogurt dressing.

Step 6 of 6

Serve with salad on its own or accompany with Naan.
