Add reserved beetroot to a small food processor with spreadable cream cheese and process until smooth.
Step 2 of 2
Cut bread roll in half. Cover with beetroot spread. Top with watercress sprigs and reserved sliced beef. Replace top of roll, wrap in plastic and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
