Asian-Style Skewers

- 1 Chinese 5 Spice
- 1/2teaspoons sesame oil
- 8 fish skewers
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped leaves and root
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- salad leaf mix (to serve)
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place coriander leaves, root, spring onion, oils and spice sachet in a food processor and process until a smooth paste forms.
Step 2 of 3
Lay skewers on a baking paper-lined tray and brush all over with paste. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Heat on BBQ plate on medium-high. Cook skewers for 10 minutes, turning frequently until golden and cooked through. Serve with green salad.
