- 500grams ling fish fillets
- 500grams large green banana prawns
- 1tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup aioli
- 1 pinch black pepper (to season)
- 1tablespoons chives, finely chopped
- bamboo skewers
- 200grams halloumi
- 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)

Method
Step 1 of 6
Cut fish fillets into 3cm cubes. Peel and devein prawns. Drain and cut halloumi into cubes.
Step 2 of 6
Thread ling, prawns and halloumi onto bamboo skewers. Combine aioli, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Combine olive oil, chives, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 4 of 6
Pre-heat BBQ on high heat.
Step 5 of 6
Cook skewers on a hot BQQ for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Step 6 of 6
Serve with chive oil mixture and aioli sauce on the side.
