Description
A sweet, sticky and smoky cherry sauce perfectly compliments the flavour of the duck.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and melt the butter with the salt and pepper. Fry the duck breasts in the butter for 12 minutes turning over halfway.
Step 2 of 3
In a separate pot on a medium heat, cook the rest of the ingredients for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Lightly mash the cherries into the sauce and once it has reduced enough to a sticky consistency, remove from the heat.
Step 3 of 3
Now plate up the duck breasts and slice them before pouring the cherry sauce generously.
