- 250grams brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
- 1 small white cabbage
- 2teaspoons lemon juice
- 1teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 flat iron steaks (approx. 250g each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 500grams small white potatoes, cut into 2cm chunks

Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Step 2 of 5
Toss potatoes and sprouts with 2 tbs of oil in a large baking dish. Season. Roast for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
Step 3 of 5
Meanwhile, drizzle steaks with remaining oil and season. Heat a frying pan or skillet over high heat. Sear steaks for 3 minutes on each side (for medium) or until cooked to your liking. Rest, covered, for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, to make remoulade, whisk mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice together in a large bowl. Coarsely grate cabbage and toss with mayonnaise mixture.
Step 5 of 5
Slice steak and serve with vegetables and remoulade.
