- 3 cups canola oil
- 1teaspoons dukkah
- 1/3 cup Greek style yoghurt
- 1packets pork mignon with herb & garlic butter (400g pack)
- 300grams baby sweet potatoes
Method
Step 1 of 8
Cook Three Aussie Farmers Pork Mignons according to pack instructions.
Step 2 of 8
Use a mandolin to thinly slice the sweet potatoes.
Step 3 of 8
Using a large fry pan, add enough canola oil to come 1/4 of the way up the side.
Step 4 of 8
Heat over high heat until the oil reaches 155°C.
Step 5 of 8
Deep fry the sweet potato in batches for 2 minutes.
Step 6 of 8
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain and sprinkle with sea salt.
Step 7 of 8
Place labneh in a serving dish and sprinkle dukkah over top.
