  • 1 medium turkey breasts, cut into 4 equal pieces and flattened
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 70grams flour
  • 150grams panko bread crumbs
  • 1teaspoons thyme
  • 1teaspoons sage
  • 1teaspoons parsley
  • 1/2teaspoons salt
  • 1teaspoons pepper
  • 1teaspoons onion powder
  • 1teaspoons garlic powder

Description

A classic central european classic is a quick to cook dinner option.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Crack and beat the eggs into a bowl. In another bowl sift the flour.

Step 2 of 4

In a 3rd bowl mix the panko crumbs with all the herbs and seasoning. Wrap the sliced turkey in cling film and then flatten them all using a tenderiser or meat mallet.

Step 3 of 4

Now place the turkey in the flour and cover fully, then dip into the egg and finally the panko crumb mix.

Step 4 of 4

Place the covered turkey breasts onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the turkey is cooked fully. Remove from the oven and serve with a selection of condiments and sides.
