Grilled Red Mullet With Yoghurt Dill Sauce

- 4 red mullet fillets, about 150 g each
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 5tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 handful dill, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 grilled zucchinis (to serve)
- 1 pinch pepper
Method
Step 1 of 3
Season the fish fillets, then rub all over with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Cook in griddle pan over a high heat for 5 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 3-5 minutes until just cooked through.

Meanwhile, mix together the remaining oil, yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic and dill, then season.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon the sauce over the fish and serve with grilled zucchini.
