- 200grams green beans
- 1 bunch dutch carrots
- 4 chicken breast
- 1 pinch pepper
- 400grams potato dijon & bacon salad
- 2tablespoons olive oil (to drizzle)
- 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)

Method
Step 1 of 10
Lightly pound one chicken breast at a time in a plastic bag to achieve even thickness.
Step 2 of 10
Season with salt and pepper to taste in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, fold to coat, let sit for 5 minutes to marinate.

Top and tail beans.
Step 4 of 10
Trim and peel carrots.
Step 5 of 10
Cook chicken serving side down on a preheated char grill for 3-5 minutes (depending on thickness of chicken) turning 1/2 way through initial cook. Turn over and complete cooking on other side approx. 3-5 minutes, let rest in a warm area.
Step 6 of 10
Place carrots into a seasoned pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Add beans in with carrots, wait 1 minute, then strain.
Step 7 of 10
Put carrots and beans back into pot and stir in butter.
Step 8 of 10
Divide Daly Potato Salad onto plate, place beans and carrots neatly next to salad.
Step 9 of 10
Slice each breast into 3 pieces and lay over carrots and beans, spoon left over melted butter.
Step 10 of 10
Serve.
