- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

- 1/2teaspoons salt
- 1teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 1teaspoons onion powder

Succelent turkey breast with a delicious herby taste.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Combine all the seasoning with the butter. Now divide the butter mix into 8.
Step 2 of 3
Put 1 herbed butter piece inside the turkey breast and the second just under the skin on top.
Step 3 of 3
Place the breasts in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked fully. You can re-baste with the juices halfway through. Remove from the oven and suggested serving with mash or roast potatoes.
