For the glaze
  • 4tablespoons honey
  • 2tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1teaspoons ginger, powder
  • 1teaspoons garlic, powder
For the stuffing
  • 1/2 medium sourdough loaf, torn into small pieces
  • 3tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1 small apple, cored and grated
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and grated
  • 50grams cranberries, dried
  • 1teaspoons sage
  • 1teaspoons thyme
  • 1teaspoons rosemary
  • 1/2teaspoons salt
  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 medium turkey breasts, trimmed and butterfly cut

A traditional recipe with all the seasonal and festive flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Combine all of your stuffing ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Slice your turkey breasts open and place the stuffing mix inside. Place the turkey breasts on a baking tray and cover with some of the glaze.

Step 3 of 3

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes but take out to glaze twice throughout cooking time. Remove from the oven and suggested serving would be mash or roast potatoes.
