- 200grams bacon lardons
- 2 medium white onion, peeled and diced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
- 1 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1/3 cup brandy

The brandy and bacon soothe the intense liver flavour of this dish.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat up a pan to a medium heat with some canola oil. Fry the onions, garlic and lardons for 5 minutes while tossing. Now add the sliced liver to the pan and fry on each side for 1 minute each.
Step 2 of 2
Add the brandy and vegetable stock and allow the whole dish to simmer for 15 minutes until the sauces starts to reduce. Suggested serving with roast or mashed potatoes.
