- 2 oranges, cut into segments
- 100grams smoked duck breast, thinly sliced
- 1 pomegranate, seeds only
- 50grams shelled pistachios

Arrange the lettuce on 4 large serving plates, add the orange segments and slices of duck. Scatter over the pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
