Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper, then place in oven.

Place chips, in a single layer, on tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, turning, for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Season.
