Method
Step 1 of 4
Place chicken in a large bowl, add spice mix and toss to coat well.
Step 2 of 4
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken and corn, then cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until corn is slightly charred and chicken is golden brown.
Step 3 of 4
Remove freshness sachet from the tortilla packet and microwave on high for 25 seconds or until warmed.
Step 4 of 4
Fill tortillas with chicken and corn to serve.
