  • 5milliliter Woolworths extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 454grams Woolworths Angus 1/4 pound beef burgers
  • 300grams Woolworths soft & glazed milk buns
  • 4 slices Woolworths Colby cheese
  • 225grams Golden Circle sliced beetroot, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 2tablespoons Nando’s mild peri-BBQ sauce

Description

Savour the juicy combination of beef, beetroot, egg and cheese in these easy-to-make burgers, where affordability meets flavour.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook beef patties following packet instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, toast cut-side of buns under a preheated grill if desired.

Step 3 of 4

Divide bun bases among serving plates. Top with cheese, beetroot and patties.

Step 4 of 4

Return frying pan to a medium-high heat. Crack in eggs individually. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until set to your liking. Divide among patties. Top with sauce and bun lids. Serve immediately.
