- 1 handful iceberg lettuce, shredded (to serve)
- 4 cheddar cheese, slices
- 300grams tomato relish
- 1tablespoons olive oil

Step 1 of 3
Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns, if desired, cut-side up, under a preheated grill until golden.
Step 3 of 3
To serve, lay a cheese slice onto each bun base. Top with lettuce, tomato, a cooked pattie and a bun lid.
