  • 300grams creamy kale coleslaw kit
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 soft lunch rolls, split
  • 100grams sweet potato crisps (to serve)
  • 4 chicken burgers

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine coleslaw with most of the apple (reserve some for serving). Stir in dressing sachet and mayonnaise and set aside. Scoop flesh from avocado into a separate bowl and roughly mash with a fork. Stir in lemon juice.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brush patties with oil and cook for 4 minutes each side or until cooked through.

Step 3 of 3

Spread rolls with avocado, top with coleslaw, a pattie, more avocado and reserved apple. Serve with sweet potato crisps.
