- 1 bread rolls grain lunch
- 1teaspoons mexican chilli powder
- 250grams sour cream
- 2 avocados
- 2 jalapenos
- 3 spring onions
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 2tablespoons coriander, chopped
- 500grams chicken mince
- 300grams chunky salsa
- 1 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Method
Step 1 of 2
Mix the chicken mince, 1 tsp Mexican chilli powder, 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs, 2 tbs chopped coriander and 3 finely chopped spring onions in a bowl. Season and mix. Divide into 6 patties and place on a tray. Cover with plastic and chill before using (see tip).

Fill buns with lettuce, burger, avocado, sour cream, chunky salsa and jalapeños.
