- 1 small avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 butter lettuce, washed
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
- 1/2 cup tomato chutney
- 4 beef burger patties
- 4 fresh bread rolls, split

Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat a large frying pan or chargrill over medium-high heat. Spray lightly with oil spray. Cook burgers for 4 minutes each side or until fully cooked through. Remove and keep warm. Add pineapple slices to pan and cook for 30 seconds each side. Remove.
Step 2 of 2
Place the bread roll bases onto serving plates. Top with lettuce leaves, burger, onion, a spoonful of chutney and pineapple. Finish with avocado slices and the top of the roll. Serve.
