This chocolatey baked oats dish tastes like healthy dessert for breakfast.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place the dried cranberries in a bowl of boiling water and steep for 10 minutes until plump. Mix the chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of warm water.
Step 2 of 2
Mix the milk, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla in a large bowl and stir in the chia mix. Drain the cherries and mix in. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
