Description

These four ingredient cookies make for a delicious breakfast on the go and are naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and cinnamon.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Pre-heat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced and line a baking tray with parchment.

Step 2 of 4

Pour the oats into a large bowl. Whisk in the cinnamon and add the mashed banana and peanut butter. Mix well with a wooden spoon to form a dough.

Step 3 of 4

Wet your hands and scoop the dough into 8 balls. Place on the baking tray and flatten with a fork.

Step 4 of 4

Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
