Description

Quinoa porridge is nutty, warming and nutritious, delicious with cinnamon and stewed apples.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Add the quinoa and chopped apples to a large, deep pan and pour over 500ml of water. Bring to the boil, place the lid on and reduce to a simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Once the water has absorbed fully, stir in the cinnamon. Divide between 4 bowls, drizzle honey on top and serve.
