- 2 medium banana, one for garnish, peel and mash one
- 70grams plain flour
- 50grams macadamia nuts, crushed, reserve small portion for garnish
- 1/2teaspoons allspice
- 4 strawberries (to garnish)
- 2teaspoons honey (to garnish)

5 ingredients create these soft textured and nutty fritters.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Combine eggs, mashed banana, nuts and allspice together gradually adding the flour last.
Step 2 of 5
Divide the mixture into about 6 to 8 fritters.
Step 3 of 5
Heat up a pan suitable to shallow fry and cook for 6 minutes while turning regularly.
Step 4 of 5
Remove from the oil and place on a plate with some kitchen paper to remove some excess oil before serving.
Step 5 of 5
Garnish with sliced strawberries, bananas and nuts and drizzle with honey.
