- 2 medium sized apples, grated with skin on
- 2 cups whole oats
- 1/2 cup plain unsweetened natural yogurt (for diary free use almond milk)
- 2tablespoons LSA cereal (ground linseed, sunflower & almond meal)
- 1tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2tablespoons chia seeds
- 2tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Soak oats, LSA, sunflower and pumpkin seeds in lemon juice, nudie nothing but apple juice, water and yoghurt for at least 8 hours (or you can leave in the fridge overnight).
Step 2 of 2
Add grated apple and natural yogurt. Top with cinnamon, chia seeds, almonds, brazils or walnuts.
