- 60grams jumbo rolled oats
- 1/2 cup hazelnut milk
- 115grams pitted cherries
- 1 1/2tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2teaspoons runny honey
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine the oats and milk and soak overnight.
Step 2 of 3
Cook the compote ingredients in a pan for 10 minutes on a low heat, until the fruit is soft but not mushy.
Step 3 of 3
Serve the oats with the compote spooned on top.
