  • 1tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 45grams coconut flakes, toasted
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and chopped into cubes

Coconut and mango add a tropical flavour to these easy overnight oats.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place the oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

Step 2 of 2

Spoon into bowls or jars and top with toasted coconut flakes and mango and more milk, if desired.
