  • 1tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/2teaspoons vanilla extract

Description

Overnight oats make the perfect make-ahead vegan breakfast with lots of vanilla and berries.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Blitz the oats and sunflower seeds in a food processor and tip into a bowl with milk, 3/4 of the frozen berries, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix well. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

Step 2 of 2

Spoon the oats into bowls or jars and top with the rest of the berries.
