Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine the oats and coconut milk. Transfer the mixture into a sealed jar and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, top up with a little more milk, if necessary. Drizzle over the honey, add the cherries, and top with the walnuts. Serve at once.
