  • 1teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2tablespoons honey

A nutritious muesli to have on hand for a healthy breakfast in minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 150°C/130°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 3

Spread the oats, nuts, cinnamon and seeds out on a large baking tray, drizzle with honey and mix well to coat.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 15 minutes until golden, stirring halfway through cooking. Allow to cool and serve in bowls with oat milk.
