- 80grams oats
- 75grams pecans, chopped
- 40grams chia seeds
- 70grams dried cranberries, chopped
- 3tablespoons light olive oil
- 2tablespoons maple syrup
- 1teaspoons vanilla

Description
Quinoa replaces some of the oats in this nutritious and light granola recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Pre-heat the oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced and line a large baking trays with parchment.
Step 2 of 5
Mix all the dry ingredients (excluding the cranberries) together in a large bowl.
Step 3 of 5
Whisk the olive oil, maple syrup and vanilla together in a small bowl and pour over the dry ingredients, mixing well.
Step 4 of 5
Spread the mixture in a thin layer on the baking tray bake for 20-25 minutes until golden .
Step 5 of 5
Allow the granola to cool completely, break up any large clusters, mix in the dried cranberries and serve.
