  • 4tablespoons macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1tablespoons dates, chopped
  • 2tablespoons raisins, chopped
  • 2tablespoons dessicated coconut

This crunchy delicious breakfast offers a filling but lighter option.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Toast the oats in the oven for 13 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

While the oats are roasting, melt the butter and the honey together in a pan on medium heat for 3 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Remove the oats from the oven and mix into the butter mix. Then place the new mixture back into the oven on a further 5 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Remove form the oven and combine all ingredients together in a bowl to cool before serving.
