- 1 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 4 pieces shortbread, to serve

Method
Step 1 of 3
Halve the passion fruit and remove the flesh and seeds. Put the yoghurt in a bowl, then stir in the flesh and seeds with the honey.
Step 2 of 3
Whip the cream until softly peaking, then fold into the yoghurt mixture.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon into tall glasses and serve with the shortbread.
