- 15grams honey
- 15grams maple syrup
- 1tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1tablespoons water, warm
- 45grams dark muscovado sugar
- 110grams jumbo oats
- 55grams whole almonds
- 30grams whole Brazil nuts, chopped
- 25grams dried cranberries
- 25grams desiccated coconut
- 5tablespoons natural yoghurt (to serve)
- 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 4
Whisk together the honey, maple syrup, oil, measurement water and sugar.
Step 2 of 4
Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the cranberries and coconut, and mix well.

Place the mixture on a baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven, 150°C, Gas Mark 2, for 15 minutes, then add the cranberries and coconut and bake for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour onto another baking sheet to cool. Leave to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Serve with natural yoghurt and fresh berries.
