  • 2 passionfruit, pulp removed
  • 1 1/3 cup fruit free muesli
  • 1/2 fresh papaya, skin and seeds removed
  • 3 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 2 cup Greek yoghurt

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cut cheeks from mango. Remove the flesh and finely dice. Place into a bowl. Finely dice papaya and kiwifruit and add to chopped mango. Stir gently to combine.

Step 2 of 2

Place 2 tbs muesli into the base of each serving glass. Top with 1/4 cup yoghurt and fruit salad. Repeat once more, topping with remaining fruit and passionfruit. Serve immediately.
