- 1 passionfruit
- 60grams raspberries
- 60grams blueberries
- 60grams mango slices
- 3/4 cup smooth ricotta
- 1tablespoons seed, fruit & nut mix
- 1teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 2tablespoons roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1tablespoons honey
Description
Take your morning toast to the next level with vanilla ricotta, in-season fruits and a drizzle of honey.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Toast 4 slices of Mighty Soft Raisin Toast.
Step 2 of 6
In a small bowl combine ricotta & vanilla paste.
Step 3 of 6
Generously slather the raisin toast with the vanilla ricotta.
Step 4 of 6
Layer the mango, raspberries, blueberries & passionfuit on top.
Step 5 of 6
Sprinkle with seed, fruit and nut mix & top off with roasted hazelnuts.
Step 6 of 6
Serve with a drizzle of honey.
