- 1 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries
- 125grams raspberries
- 2 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup granola, plus extra to serve
- 2tablespoons elderflower cordial
- 2tablespoons pistachios

Method
Step 1 of 3
Using a fork, mash raspberries and cordial in a bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Spoon half the yoghurt into 4 x 11/2 cup-capacity jars, followed by half the raspberry mixture. Add granola, then remaining yoghurt and raspberry mixture.
Step 3 of 3
Top with berries, pistachios and extra granola. Secure with lids.
