  • 1/2 cup granola of choice
  • 2tablespoons honey

Method

Step 1 of 4

In a bowl combine the cottage cheese and honey and mix together.

Step 2 of 4

Slightly toast the coconut in a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 3 of 4

Make up cups or glasses with layers of the following, dividing the listed ingredients between the two.

Step 4 of 4

Layer some cottage cheese and honey, then granola, berries and repeat in that order and finish with shredded mint and toasted coconut.
