  • 200grams mixed berries (your choice)
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream, to top
Pancakes
  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 1teaspoons baking powder
  • 3tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 drop vanilla essence
  • 14grams butter, for cooking

Method

Step 1 of 7

For the pancakes, whisk together dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix together wet ingredients in a separate smaller bowl

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and whisk together until there are no lumps. Set aside

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat and brush pan with a bit of butter

Pour 2-3 rounds of batter into the pan at a time, depending on pan size, leaving space in between each of them

Step 5 of 7

Once you see bubbles on the surface and the bottom is golden, flip over and cook for another 30 seconds – 1 minute

Spread Bonne Maman Blackberry Conserve generously on one side of each pancake

Slightly fold into shape of taco and add your choice of berries and whipped cream to top!
