- 1/4 cup Bega Simply Nuts Peanut Butter Smooth
- 2tablespoons B Honey (for serving)
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 2tablespoons caster sugar
- 1/4teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 1 cup milk, combined with 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 30grams butter, melted
- 2tablespoons chia seeds
- 40grams butter, 10g melted for cooking
- 1/2 cup berries (for serving)
- 1/4 cup vanilla yoghurt (for serving)

Method
Step 1 of 6
Whisk together the flours, sugar and bicarbonate of soda in a large bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together milk, peanut butter, egg and melted butter until smooth. Pour into flour mixture and just whisk until combined. Stir through the chia.
Step 2 of 6
Heat a large non-stick frypan over moderate heat then brush with some of the extra butter.
Step 3 of 6
Spoon 1/4 cup amounts of batter into the pan without crowding.
Step 4 of 6
Cook pancakes 2 minutes each side or until golden and puffed. Keep warm.
Step 5 of 6
Cook remaining pancakes, brushing pan with butter for each batch.
Step 6 of 6
Serve with berries, yoghurt and B honey.
