- 50grams dark chocolate, grated or chopped

Description
Lightly indulgent and sweet, these pancakes are a filling start to the day.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Soak the chia seeds in a bowl with the oat milk for 30 minutes in the fridge. In a mixing bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and sugar together.
Step 2 of 5
While mixing, combine the vanilla, and oat milk mixture and chocolate pieces in and mix until combine fully with no lumps.
Step 3 of 5
Heat up a pan to a medium heat with the coconut oil and pour some of the contents onto the pan. Amount depends on the size pancakes you want.
Step 4 of 5
Allow to fry for 4 minutes until bubbles start to appear, then carefully flip over and cook the other side for 3 minutes.
Step 5 of 5
Remove from the heat and set to one side. Repeat process for the rest of the mixture and serve with fruit and agave syrup of desired.
