- 1 2/3 cup oat milk
- 1tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 medium banana, mashed
- 4teaspoons maple syrup

These banana pancakes are delicious and filling, making them a great way to start your day
Method
Step 1 of 5
In a mixing bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and sugar together.
Step 2 of 5
While mixing, mix the vanilla and oat milk in and mix until combine fully with no lumps. Mash the bananas well and combine them also into the mixture.
Step 3 of 5
Heat up a pan to a medium heat with the coconut oil and pour some of the contents onto the pan. Amount depends on the size pancakes you want.
Step 4 of 5
Allow to fry for 4 minutes until bubbles start to appear, then carefully flip over and cook the other side for 3 minutes.
Step 5 of 5
Remove from the heat and set to one side. Repeat process for the rest of the mixture. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and fruit if desired.
