- 50grams mixed seeds (such as sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, and golden linseed)
- 50grams mixed unsalted nuts
- 2tablespoons honey
- 3 1/2tablespoons maple syrup
- 25grams dried blueberries
- 25grams dried cranberries
- 25grams dried cherries
- 15grams desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (to serve)

Description
Making your own is a cost-effective way of ensuring you have exactly what you like in a tasty brunch cereal.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat the oven to 150°C (Gas 2). Place the oats, seeds, and nuts in a large mixing bowl. Add the oil, honey, and syrup and stir well to combine.
Step 2 of 4
Tip the mixture into a large, lightly oiled roasting tin and spread out into an even layer. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Mix together the berries, cherries, and coconut, add to the tin, and bake for a further 15 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Leave in the tin to cool completely. When cold, break the granola into small pieces and transfer to an airtight container. To serve, layer Greek yoghurt and granola into 4 glass dishes. Alternatively, serve with milk.
